The
EUROVIETNAM – Consulting & Trade Promotion Agency was formed on
2007, in Milan, Italy, as a private professional association.
Its main purpose is to promote economic and business relations between Europe and Vietnam based on the principle of reciprocal
benefit.
- Business Contacts – EUROVIETNAM provides assistance in establishing
business contacts in Vietnam and Europe and in locating suitable agents,
representatives, manufacturers and suppliers. EUROVIETNAM acts as a
contact point for European industry whenever questions arise with regard
to the bilateral economic relations. EUROVIETNAM offers Company Pools
through its partners in Vietnam: In order to realize large projects, small
companies which do not compete with each other can join in a pool and
benefit by sharing infrastructure.
- Business Advice – EUROVIETNAM gives you unique access to people
and institutions which affect your business and offer you opportunities to
meet with professional staff to discuss general or specific issues on the
Vietnamese markets. EUROVIETNAM luncheons let you meet, learn from, and
interact with CEOs of major corporations or with
decision makers also from the public sector.
- Exchange of Experience - EUROVIETNAM helps you to establish business
relations with business people and official bodies in Vietnam. EUROVIETNAM offers its experience to link and Vietnamese companies for rewarding business

- Government/Economic Relations – EUROVIETNAM keeps regular contact with

through our association.
- Delegations – EUROVIETNAM assists trade delegations from and
to Vietnam in their visits and gives support to European
business people going to Vietnam. The association is open to all kinds of
business sectors and European–Vietnamese business activities – not only
exports to and imports of products, but also investments, license
production, services and R&D. As part of its membership, a company is incorporated
into a comprehensive network of contacts to which it may refer at any
time.
In 2008, EUROVIETNAM – Consulting & Trade
Promotion Agency - launch his procurement management division. Its first
mission is to respond to customers' needs by proposing competitive prices, good
quality products and reliable services. The EUROVIETNAM team is working on new
supplier sourcing which follows the strategy of the Contractor, on new products
which correspond to actual quality standards, and on providing irreproachable
delivery of goods.
EUROVIETNAM has some partners throughout the Vietnam whose mission is to detect new tendancies
and fashions.
The Sourcing Team :
is looking for new products in the implementation areas and is enlarging the
sourcing areas. It is establishing commercial partnerships with the best local
suppliers.
The Commercial Team :
identifies customers' needs and proposes commercial concepts with attractive
prices. Together with suppliers and sourcing offices, it organises
international collections in order to show innovative products.
The Supply Chain Team :
it intervenes after customer order validations by assuring their feasibility.
It checks product conformity (quality control, norms and respect of
international regulations) and ensures that goods are delivered on time
(document management for customs clearance, transport organisation, etc).
